Meet the Kinesiologist

Christine Gibb, R. Kin., B.A. Kinesiology
Human Movement Specialist
Christine graduated from the Kinesiology and Physical Education program at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2008. Her career in the Kinesiology field has spanned 15 years and has focussed on the management of injury and chronic disease prevention through exercise. During this time, she began seeing her clients one on one in the comfort of their own homes and quickly realized that this was her true passion

For the last 5 years Christine has been working with her clients in their living rooms, basements, and offices as well as in private fitness facilities, community centres, and outdoor green spaces. She has experience supporting clients living in nursing/long term care and retirement/assisted living facilities and seniors centres. Her past lifeguarding and swim instructor experience allows her to effectively develop and lead therapeutic aquatic programs and classes.

Currently registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, and a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance Christine carries commercial and general liability insurance.

In her spare time, you will find Christine hiking with her beautiful Golden Retriever mix Molly or spending time with her wonderful husband, close knit family or long time friends. She spends a large portion of her free time at the gym working on mobility, core strength, high intensity interval training, and full body strength training and conditioning. She has also recently joined and is actively participating in her new passion - pilates reformer classes!
