
How does it all Work?
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
Please contact Christine to arrange a complimentary consultation.

During the initial meeting (at your home or at a mutually convenient location), Christine will ask questions about your health history/concerns, fitness goals, injuries and limitations, and current/previous exercise experience. Based on the information you provide, she will let you know exactly how she can help you achieve your goals through exercise.
ASSESSMENT
Your personal training journey will begin with a full, detailed postural analysis and musculoskeletal assessment. This will allow Christine to design an exercise program tailored specifically to your goals and body mechanics.
THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE SESSION
You will experience individualized attention when working with Christine one-on-one. She will apply a kinesiological perspective to her training methods. All assigned movements are guaranteed to minimize your risk of injury as well as enhance your performance level, leading to an increase in your strength and mobility. It is important to her that you are exercising safely and with proper form
HOMEWORK
Christine will choose the most appropriate exercises for you to work on between sessions, and ensure all instructions are properly documented complete with photos and a full description of prescribed exercises. She will answer any questions you may have prior to parting ways and ensure you are confident about completing your homework on your own.
FOLLOW UP
Christine is available between sessions via phone, text or email to answer questions and provide clarification on previously prescribed exercises. You will meet at regular, mutually agreed upon intervals to review your exercise program and make modifications and progressions as necessary.
