Did you know??
According to the Public Health Agency of Canada, physical activity has been shown to reduce the risk of over 25 chronic conditions. As experts in human movement and exercise science, Kinesiologists can help Ontarians develop, improve and sustain healthy exercise and physical activity habits to help prevent chronic disease.

As a human movement specialist, a Kinesiologist is trained to look at the whole person, not just the affected area, and then assess where the weak links are located in the kinetic chain. The next step is to prescribe the appropriate, progressive exercises and stretches, coping strategies and adjustment of daily habits to help alleviate any discomfort and restore movement.
